Program Description

This program/project is client-centered, working from a Stages of Change model and across the continuum of approaches from abstinence to harm reduction. Treatment modalities are eclectic, including cognitive behavioural, solution focused, narrative, etc. Assessment, community treatment, and case management are offered with strong information and advocacy components, as well as public education and community awareness. Primarily individual, but a general women's Relapse Prevention group is available. Various activities are provided, including lifestyle coaching, counselling, advocacy, referral, etc.

Access Information

Services available at all sites and alternate locations as circumstances allow. Request an appointment, indicating when intake questions are being asked that the female is pregnant and/or parenting a child or children zero to six years old. The preferred method of intake is telephone call, however will accept email or an in-person visit as well.
