Addictions Treatment - Substance Abuse

Program Description

Treatment models offered are psychosocial, biopsychosocial, cognitive behavioural, stages of change, harm reduction and public health. There are outpatient, evening groups, individual counselling, assessment and referral for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, transsexual, two-spirit and intersex people. Couple therapy is available and there is some family support. There is an eight-session Getting Started group available which involves weekly educational and support group sessions.
