Program Description

Homestead is an abstinence-based program. We provide an individualized 6-10 week residential program and day program to women or individuals who identify as women, with concurrent disorders. We practice a holistic model using a trauma informed approach. Our program offers individual and group counselling, relapse prevention, life skills classes, as well as social and leisure activities, physical fitness, nutrition, nicotine replacement therapy, opiate replacement therapy, and a spiritual care component. We also offer pre-treatment support, continuous care, family support groups, anger management and structured relapse prevention.

Access Information

Program is open to clients identifying with a substance use problem who are 18 or older and have a valid health card. Client may contact our agency directly or through an agency referral to access our program for an assessment. Waiting period is a minimum of 8 weeks from the date of the client's assessment.
