Case Management/Supportive Counselling & Services - Addictions Supportive Housing

Program Description

The Addiction Supportive Housing (ASH) Program, is a district wide housing program with addiction support that is managed by Addictions and Mental Health Services, Hastings Prince Edward. The ASH program provides addiction case management services coupled with a housing supplement to assist individuals with problematic substance to secure and maintain safe stable independent housing use who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or inadequately housed. The program is coordinated out of Belleville and provides 16 subsidies in the Hastings/Prince Edward Counties, 16 subsides in Kingston/Frontenac/Lennox & Addington and 16 subsides in Lanark/Leeds and Grenville.

Access Information

Applicants to the Addiction Supportive Housing (ASH) Program of South East Ontario will be screened to ensure that primary eligibility requirements are met. Applications will also be reviewed to determine: the degree to which the applicant meets other identified admission criteria, and the appropriateness of the client/program match.
