Program Description

The ASH program assists clients with substance use issues who are homeless, at risk of becoming homeless, or are marginally housed and are looking to make a positive change in their lives. Intensive case managers will work closely with clients.

Access Information

Admission criteria: 18 years of age or older; history of substance use issues; history of multiple entries into treatment continuum; unable to obtain housing without support; willing to identify harm reduction or abstinence based goal(s); and capability and willingness to constructively participate in the ASH program.
