Program Description

The centre is a four to six-month supportive treatment program for men aged 18 and over. The centre has 24-hour counselling staff along with an in house addiction worker offering individualized treatment planning and delivery, group counselling and referral. Programming includes life skills, recreation, recovery enhancement, and relapse prevention. Treatment plan is based on individual need with flexible length of stay.

Access Information

Clients must complete the standardized assessment forms along with the standardized residential treatment referral forms and be referred by provincial addiction organization. Other forms of assessment, beyond the MOHLTC-approved standardized assessment tools, may be required to access this program. Telephone screening, patient admission information, and any documentation deemed necessary, e.g., mental health reports, etc. Individuals must be abstinent a minimum of 72 hours prior to admission.
