Community Treatment

Program Description

One to two hour sessions in group, individual, marital, or family format, typically once per week while client resides elsewhere in the community. Provide brief intervention, relapse prevention, family/marital intervention, assertiveness training, anger management, family of origin work, abuse issues. Provide bio-psychosocial, cognitive-behavioural, etc. Eclectic depending on client's needs, as is frequency and length.

Access Information

Referrals accepted from all sources. A medical is not required. Appointments are booked through all three offices depending on where client resides. Clients must not be impaired during appointments. Telephone counselling is available. Program is open to clients treated at other agencies.
