Community-based outpatient service that provides treatment to individuals (12 years and older), couples, women, or families experiencing problems due to use of substances. Assessment and referral; counselling and treatment; relapse prevention support; harm reduction strategies; medical addiction services; methadone treatment; public education; residential acute detoxification; stabilization support and withdrawal management; problem gambling; promotion.
