Lifestyle Enrichment For Senior Adults (LESA)
LESA offers in-home counselling and group support for senior adults experiencing problems related to the use of alcohol and other psychoactive drugs, problem gambling, and aging. This is a bilingual service offered at no fee. There is a focus on lifestyle change and overall improvement in health.
