AY Alienated Youth of Canada
Alternatives for Youth (AY)
Information, education, and consultation regarding youth substance use for community professionals, parents, youth and children of substance abusing parents. Intake, assessment, counselling (individual, family, and group), referral to residential treatment and other treatment needs. Case management and follow-up services. Specialized street involved youth program and pregnant and parenting youth program. Capacity to provide integrated substance misuse services with local mental health service providers to meet needs of youth with concurrent disorders.
