Humber River Regional Hospital, Mental Health & Addictions Program

Humber River's Mental Health and Addictions Program provides comprehensive services and a collaborative, interdisciplinary treatment approach to care in the community. Incorporating psychiatrists, nurses and therapists from varying professions, the HRH Mental Health Team is comprised of leading experts with extensive experience. The Program has strong affiliations with the University of Toronto and other educational institutions and is committed to training a variety of professionals. In our Child and Adolescent Mental Health and Addictions Program we have a specific and highly specialized training program for University of Toronto child psychiatry residents. We also host senior psychiatry residents and fellows on an on-going basis. Designed to meet the diverse needs of our community, our continuum of care includes crisis, inpatient and outpatient services to children, adolescents and adults treating both mental health and addictions issues. Our Programs are primarily offered at our Keele Street site, but we also operate a crisis team in the Emergency Department at our Church Street site and have a strong presence throughout our organization and in the community
