This Native treatment program is offered to individuals who are chemically dependent on alcohol or drugs. A bi-cultural competency-based approach is used in concert with standard alcohol and drug treatment philosophies. Dilico is a multi-service organization, integrating a wide range of treatment, child welfare and health services. Programs are decentralized and strategically situated in five locations: Thunder Bay, Armstrong, Longlac, Nipigon and Marathon. Services are delivered to First Nations people who reside on and off Reserve in the City and District of Thunder Bay and part of Algoma District.
